
This 3 hour sunset dinner started at 6 am in the city. It was a 60 person birthday dinner we planned about three weeks prior. The day before we prepped the flowers, made pasta dough, and shopped for all the groceries. On the day of we finished the flowers, the full setup, and cooking in this beautiful backyard on the bluff. Driving back at 1 am is rough, but we love what we do.
